When will I receive my order?

This is very dependent on where you live. Our current shipping times are 5-14 business days in North America, 7-20 business days in Europe, and 10-21 business days for all other countries. 

Please note that we need 2-3 business days to process orders. We strive for quick and stress-free shipping times, however, in rare cases it may take longer than expected as our factories are based in China.

How do I track my Order?

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Please input that number into our tracking page on our website.

How can I find the right size for me?

Each product has a specific sizing chart assigned to it. Please make sure to follow the dimensions of the chart before placing your order.

What is your return policy?

We have a standard 30 day return policy from the date of order. If you are not happy with your apparel for any reason, we’ll take them back–no questions asked. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably before your order is fully processed. If your order has already been processed, you will need to wait for that order to arrive and then contact us at help.virtuesapparel@gmail.com to schedule a return and refund (the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs).
